1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items such as custom-made or personalized products (e.g., customized Asooke, Autogele, and bespoke Gele) are non-refundable, as they are tailored to meet your specifications.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
If 3 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will exclude the original shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
